RACE INFO
JUNE 5 – MORAVIAN COLLEGE TRACK, BETHLEHEM
6:00-9:00 p.m. - Bib pick-up. Bibs must be retrieved 20 minutes before your race.
7:00 p.m. - Races begin.
Heats for kids, open women's, open men’s, elite women's and elite men’s will run separately timed races starting 15 minutes apart in that order. The maximum runners per heat will be 25. Heats and start times between 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. will be assigned, and runners will receive an email notifying them of their start time by June 3rd.
JULY 4 - LEHIGH PARKWAY, ALLENTOWN
7:00-8:20 a.m. - Bib pick-up. Bibs must be retrieved 20 minutes before your race.
8:00 a.m. - Races begin. There will be three separately timed races starting 20 minutes apart, as follows:
8:00AM *Y – Youth 9-14
8:20AM *O – Men’s & Women’s Open
8:40AM *E – Men’s & Women’s Elite
Additional heats may be added to accommodate field size.
AUGUST 8 - RIVERSIDE PARK, EASTON
7:30 to 8:45 a.m. - Bib pick-up.
9:00 a.m. - Single race! Chip timing start to finish.
Professional Chip timing.
AGE GROUPS
Youth - 9-14
Open - Men and Women 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
Elite - Men and Women ages 15 and up.
NOTE: As a general guideline, average times for the elite category are under 5:45 for men and 6:30 for women.
ENTRY FEES
$18 per race or $50 for the series.
REGISTRATION
Runner's fifteen years of age or older may elect to run in the Open or the Elite category. A runner may change their designation up to two weeks before race day by emailing
racedirector@lvrr.org.
All sales are final, no refunds. No race day registration. One shirt for each participant regardless of whether you run one or all three races. The race director reserves all rights to to alter the course and / or alter the race distance or cancel the race due to public safety issues.
AWARDS
All children's race participants will receive a Finisher's Ribbon after each event. Series points will be awarded in all categories after each race in accordance with your finishing place across all heats in your age group and/or category. Series point awards will be presented at the conclusion of the
August 8th event. Awards are based on gun time.
AMENITIES
Each registrant will receive a Series shirt, earned with the completion of one or more races. Individual results will be posted online after each race.
Not Allowed:
Pets, strollers, headphones, in-line skates, bicycles, scooters, hand cycles or skateboards. No refunds, deferrals or bib transfers. No walking allowed. Must be able to run a mile in 15 minutes.
SERIES POINT CHASE
Series Awards will be presented at the conclusion of the final race for all divisions.
Points will be tallied by combined finishing positions for two best times of the three races. Lowest combined for 1st Overall Man & Woman earn sponsored prize packages and custom medals, top three in Age Groups earn custom medals, and lowest combined for top three Elite Men’s & Elite Women’s win cash prizes. Overall Series Point Chase awards will be presented at the conclusion of the August 8th event.
All racers must complete a minimum of two races in their division to qualify for awards.

- Youth 14 & under
- Youth 15-19
- Men’s & Women’s Overall
- Men’s & Women’s 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
- Women’s Elite (top three overall)
- Men’s Elite (top three overall)
* Eligibility for Age Group determined by age at date of final series race.
